Do you charge for proposals or the first consultation?

Gilley Construction does not charge for proposals or estimates, and our first meeting is at no cost. This applies for Design, Construction, or Restoration visits.

Do you have an in-house designer?

Yes! We have our own in-house designer. Gilley Construction specializes in Architectural Design, Interior Design & Landscape Design.

Do I need design plans with construction details before construction begins?

We are a Design + Build Construction and Restoration Corporation. Therefore, we will need a design plan with construction details to begin a project. If you do not have a design plan with construction details, we can help!

Can Gilley Construction help me with my City/County building permits?

Yes. Gilley Construction can help obtain building permits needed from your City Hall or local Building Department. Building permits are required for any construction work that involves new construction, additions, or alterations to a building or structure. This includes work such as plumbing, electrical, mechanical and structural installations.
